Wholeds currently processes and ships customer orders according to the shipping options displayed at checkout. The available shipping method, delivery estimate, and order total will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Free Standard Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders placed through our website. If any shipping charge applies to a specific order, it will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

There are no hidden shipping fees. Customers can review the full order cost, including product price, shipping cost, and applicable taxes, before placing an order.

Order Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are processed during our business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery time may vary depending on location, carrier service, weather conditions, holidays, or other delays outside our control.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Orders placed after the cut-off time may begin processing on the next business day.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive tracking details by email after the order has been processed and shipped. Please allow time for the carrier tracking system to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@wholeds.store.

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has started processing or has already shipped.

Shipping Delays

While we work to process orders within our stated handling time, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, high order volume, holidays, customs, or delivery service disruptions. If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will help review the order status.

Important Note

The estimated delivery time is calculated as handling time plus transit time. For Standard Shipping, the estimated total delivery time is usually 4–6 business days.
